Monday Nite Car Club Charity Information

The Foundation of the Monday Nite Car Club is to contribute charity funds to help those in need and at risk. Since 2004, our car club had contributed to charities in the San Diego County in the amount of $106,445. All the monies were obtained from our annual car show "Run to the Hills".

new(06.12.17) On June 7, 2017, the Monday Nite Car Club presented 2 scholarships (total $2,200) to the selected seniors at the Mountain Empire High School.

 

 

new(06.12.17) On June 7, 2017, the Mountain Empire Men's Club presented 13 scholarships (total $11,400) to the selected seniors at the Mountain Empire High School. A portion of the charity proceeds from the Monday Nite Car Club's 14th Annual Run To The Hills car show (05.21.16) was distributed (total $11,400) to the Mountain Empire Men's Club.

 

On August 22, 2013, Monday Night Car Club Chairman George Griffin presented a $500.00 check to Mountain Empire High School Cheerleader Program Athletic Director Heather Westgaard.

 

On August 22, 2013, Monday Night Car Club Chairman George Griffin presented a $8,000.00 check to Mountain Empire Men's Club (MEMC) President Andy Oberreuter.

 

On August 22, 2013, Monday Night Car Club Chairman George Griffin presented a $1000.00 check to Mountain Empire High School Baseball Program coaching staff Jim Jones and Patrick Papin.

MNCC Members met at the Santee office of State Assemblyman Brian W. Jones, 77th State Assembly District on Friday, March 2. The Monday Nite Car Club Foundation was presented with a Certificate of Recognition by Assemblyman Jones, which reads "In grateful appreciation of your volunteer spirit and generous contribution of your time, by organizing car shows and other events for charitable causes, to promote a better quality of life for the local San Diego County community, and your dedication to assisting charitable organizations."
